    主要研究方向

    高毅勤課題組專注于系統性基礎理論研究,在溶液理論、分子模擬方法發展、DNA和蛋白質結構形成的分子機理等方向做出了多項國際前沿的成果。課題組目前致力于兩個方面的研究: (1)發展新一代分子模擬方法,結合深度學習,預測生物大分子的結構,理解生物體系中的構效關系,基于功能進行分子設計;(2)將計算生物學應用于高通量測序及高精度成像結果的分析和建模,從物理化學的角度理解生命過程。
