    主要研究方向

    謝曉亮課題組目前的研究方向包含:

    (1)單細胞測序技術的開發。如單細胞基因組測序、轉錄組測序、甲基化測序、染色質三維結果解析、染色質開放性檢測以及單細胞多組學等; (2)單細胞測序技術在基因表達調控中的應用。如轉錄因子調控基因表達機理、早期胚胎發育過程中的表觀修飾動態變化、表觀遺傳如何協調影響基因調控網絡構建等; (3)單細胞測序技術在醫學轉化上的應用。如癌癥早期篩查診斷、無創產前遺傳篩查、高通量抗體藥物篩選等。

    謝曉亮教授是單分子酶學的創始人、單分子生物物理化學的奠基人之一、相干拉曼散射顯微成像技術和單細胞基因組學的開拓者。近年來,謝曉亮在基因組學、特別是單細胞測序技術方面取得了一系列重要成果,為生命科學和醫學的深入研究應用提供了重要的手段。
