    主要研究方向

    黃巖誼課題組致力于發展應用于面向生命科學和醫學研究的新技術,課題組當前的研究興趣集中在微量樣品多組學技術、微流控技術及類器官培養技術三個方面。我們一直在發展高效、新型的高通量DNA測序技術及其應用方法,特別是測序化學與設備研發、單細胞測序技術應用與器件研發、以及少量細胞的表觀基因組學測序方法研發。我們同時大力發展大規模集成微流控芯片技術,并將其應用在生命科學關鍵問題的研究中,包括細胞培養及微環境控制,以及在單細胞層次上觀察生命過程的隨機性。我們還大力發展新的生物成像技術及圖像處理算法,用于研究細胞及活生物體的動態過程。我們利用相干拉曼散射顯微技術,可以無需標記來研究活生物體和活細胞內的三維化學成像,同時利用這樣的技術來促進藥物釋放及癌癥診斷的研究。
