    主要研究方向

    B細胞介導的體液免疫是人體抵御外來病原的重要機制。深入理解適應性體液免疫應答是開發傳染病廣譜抗體藥物和高效廣譜疫苗的關鍵。本實驗室主要聚焦B細胞適應性免疫應答與抗體抗原相互作用,開展以下科學問題的研究與探索:1)基于中和抗體高通量表征的新冠病毒免疫逃逸突變預測;2)針對呼吸道傳染性病毒(如新冠、流感等)廣譜黏膜疫苗設計與廣譜抗體藥物研制;3)體液免疫印跡、免疫衰減和免疫記憶的分子機制研究;4)基于高通量實驗數據與機器學習模型的抗原表位特異性抗體人工設計。
